
Challenge
Tax professionals had a difficult time during the pandemic, and with remote work becoming the norm, they had trouble finding seasonal or full-time staff, and anyone that knew how to use their specific software. We talked to customers about this pain point and learned that a staffing service would be immensely helpful. Introducing, Intuit Select Pro Staffing.
The launch of this new service, which would help connect tax pros with vetted, professional staff that meet all the needs of a unique tax firm.
Solution
Led the team through multiple concepts to keep the campaign feel light and easy, while also being tactical and with expertise behind it. We proposed a Tinder-like concept, a “matchmaker” concept, and more, but ultimately landed on the “strategy game” theme.
For our initial pilot launch built out 4 videos, 2 landing pages, hundred+ social media assets, and several top-of-funnel emails. The pilot has already converted users at a 25% traffic to lead rate.
